Description

Bakels Dairy Blend Premium is an unsalted butter replacer that is a blend of fresh cream, milkfat and vegetable oils culminating in a product with 63% dairy content. Contains natural butter flavors and performs well in baked applications across the range of cakes, cookies and breads. A rich buttery yellow color with a typical buttery taste and soft workable texture once at ambient temperature.

Manufactured in New Zealand from imported and local ingredients.

GM Status

This product does not require Genetic Modification labelling.

Packaging

Polylined cardboard cartons.

Storage

Frozen at –18 °C or below.

Shelf Life

730 days from date of manufacture under recommended storage conditions.
