Bakels Edible Oils supports customers with reliable warehousing, careful product handling and efficient nationwide logistics.
Products manufactured at Bakels are stored and managed through our onsite storage facilities. Our main warehouse can hold up to 2,800 pallets of finished product in a clean, safe and temperature-controlled environment maintained at 20°C. We also operate chilled storage for a further 700 pallets, maintained at 4°C for products that require cooler conditions.
To support additional capacity and customer supply needs, we also have access to trusted offsite storage partners who meet the strict storage standards set by Bakels Edible Oils. South Island storage is available through our Christchurch-based warehouse location, helping us support customers across New Zealand with greater flexibility and reach.
Our MRP systems provide track and trace visibility across products and batch numbers. This helps customers understand where product is in the supply chain and gives both teams confidence in quality, accuracy and continuity of supply.
Reliable logistics are an important part of the service we provide. Through nationwide freight contracts, we can support efficient delivery by road, rail or sea, helping ensure product gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
