We’re urgently seeking experienced Production Operators to join our team. You’ll be hands-on with a mix of automated and manual plant equipment, keeping production running safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a permanent role on a 4-on-4-off rotating roster (two 12-hour days, two 12-hour nights, then four days off). You’ll work with a high-performing team that values safety, efficiency, and a bit of fun along the way.
What we need from you:
Proven experience in production or manufacturing (ideally food-related)
Engineering background with strong mechanical aptitude
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent attention to detail and good numerical, reading, and writing skills
Physical fitness for 12-hour shifts
Team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus skills:
Forklift licence
Experience with food safety systems (HACCP)
Previous shift work
